Hello, my name is Rufus and I am a poodle or Bichon mix. I am neutered, up to date on all my vaccinations and about 3 ½ years old. My mommy found me on the street as a stray when I was about 6 months old. She tried to help me find my family but decided to give me a new life. All was well until mommy added two new strays to our family…now I have to wait in line to get hugs and kisses. I love cheese and lounging at my mommy’s feet. I make an excellent lap dog but have been taught not to climb on furniture. I am housetrained, know how to sit and stay and go to my house (kennel) so I am not tempted to beg for food. I am looking for a quiet home because other pets and small children sometimes frighten me. I’m still learning not to bare my teeth when I’m scared. (That bitter lime spray tastes yucky!) I know my mommy loves me but she has a little boy in her tummy that she has to think about. Won’t you let me be your new best friend?
