Transporting Saves Lives!!

These are the lucky ones!!

We adopted all the dogs you see on this page from  High Kill Memphis Area Animal Shelters and transported them out of Memphis to other rescues or no-kill shelters.

Sarah is a Border Collie mix and is approximately 1 year old. We adopted her from the Memphis Kill Shelter.

TIPPY

PEPPER ANNE

This cute little girl was surrendered to the Memphis Animal Shelter  because she chewed up something.  Pepper Anne is a female Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler mix, about a year old and is good with other dogs and cats. She is 24 pounds and 16 inches tall.  She is very high energy, loves to play, and is great at fetch. She needs a fenced in yard large enough to run and play. Pepper Anne would probably be good at agility or possibly flyball.

Elvis and Ozzie

Elvis and Ozzie are both under 5 years old.  They are sweet, but can be snippy if you try to force them to do something they do not want to do.  Ozzie is definitely an alpha male.  Ozzie is lame do to a birth defect, but it hinders him not.  They are both heartworm negative and definitely need help in housebreaking as former owner did not teach them about outdoors.  They will be neutered before adopted.

Little Sweetie

Transported to Corgi Rescue
I am a young female corgi mix that lost my way in the Atoka area. My foster
mom ran ads and put up signs but I still can't find my way home. I am very
unique looking....I have one brown eye and one beautiful blue eye. I love
all the other dogs at my foster home and I especially like playing with my
11 yr old foster sister. She's the one who named me Sweetie since I was
just too sweet to turn away. I would love to find a home that will keep me
safe and not allow me to become lost again. I promise to give you all my
love forever. Love, Sweetie

TEDDY BEAR

JAKE

Jake is about 5 years old.  Probably needs a quieter home without any female children.  For some reason he is better with male children.
