Chopper

ADOPTED!

 Chopper is a 10 month old Chihuahua.  His previous owners gave him up because they didn’t have enough time to care for him.  He is very sweet and gets along well with other dogs and ignores cats.  He weighs about 10 pounds, and will be neutered soon.
