Abby and Gus were adopted by Elton and Sha O'Neal
 

Abby was one of 3 black pups scheduled to be euthanized at the Memphis Animal Shelter last fall after someone surrendered 6 black pups to the shelter while GAPR president, Debbie Homas was there. The shelter staff said they only had room for 3 so 3 of them had to go. So go they did...right into Debbie's car and on their way to safety and eventually their forever families. One year later, Abby's forever family came back to us looking for a best friend for Abby. Looks to us like they found one.  Gus (the little gray kitten)  came to us recently after construction workers found him and 2 others at a construction site.
